The Department of Energy, Environment, and Climate Action enlisted the expertise of O’Neill’s Design & Construction to undertake an upgrade of its Broadford office amenities.
The project involved a strategic repositioning initiative to accommodate essential facilities. Among the enhancements are the incorporation of lockers, shower facilities, and change rooms. Notably, the project includes the addition of a non-binary change room, underscoring their commitment to inclusivity and diversity.
One of the key challenges of this project is that all works were executed within a live environment, where ongoing operations continued. Despite this complexity, we are dedicated to adhering to a fast-track program, ensuring minimal disruption while accelerating the project timeline.
