Rest Super & Knight Frank contracted O’Neill’s Design & Construction for the comprehensive renovation project encompassing levels 8, 9, and 10 at 717 Bourke St. This project involves extensive demolition, including the removal of an inter-floor staircase and subsequent reinstatement of the floor slab, all while maintaining a live working environment.
O’Neill’s innovative methodology ensures uninterrupted access for occupants, minimal disruption to other tenants in the building, and an accelerated project timeline. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the complete demolition of existing partitions, ceilings, and services. Additionally, it encompasses the installation of new ceilings, raised access flooring, carpeting, service installations, new lighting fixtures, and the expansion of the level 10 bathrooms.
