Following the departure of previous tenants, Level 4 SPO at 717 Bourke Street was left with a tired, outdated space in need of a significant refresh. O’Neill’s Design & Construction was engaged to reimagine and revitalise the space, transforming it into a vibrant, modern workspace ready for its next chapter.

The refurbishment focused on injecting life back into the office by embracing curves, colour and feature lighting. These design elements work together to soften the commercial edge of the fitout, creating a more inviting and energising atmosphere for its future occupants. Curved walls and joinery introduce fluidity and movement through the space, while a carefully curated colour palette adds personality without overwhelming senses. The project scope included after hours demolition, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding tenancies, followed by a complete refit of new flooring and fresh paintwork throughout. One of the key additions was the installation of a brand- new kitchen space, designed to serve as both practical amenity and a central gathering point for staff.

This transformation showcases O’Neill’s ability to delivering well considered, high quality commercial spaces. This result is a refreshed and refined office environment.
