A new statement lobby was constructed in stages to allow for Channel 9 broadcasting to continue throughout the construction process.
An extension of the existing Channel 9 tenancy was created by constructing into the multi-story carpark, creating a new entry, dressing rooms, wardrobe and makeup & hair studios.
Ensuring tenant access to the 17 story, A-grade building throughout the project, we worked in close partnership with Channel 9 to ensure seamless broadcasts of news, live crossovers and scheduled recordings continued.
